Zurich
Went to Zurich ytd... its like a shopping spree instead.. hmm window shopping spree... cause... it house the most expensive street per square metre in europe ...or even the world... Its called the Bahnhofstrasse. I saw lots of brands... mostly european brands... but its overwhemling to see so many luxury brands... and i see everyone carrying some branded paperbag...

Took the two pics at the end of the street.... its longer than Orchard road+somerset +PS... cause it has many smaller streets leading to more shops...
When we were there there was a Sale in this shop called Tally Weijl... means totally sexy...
they had sale for jackets... my frens all bought one... but i din buy..cause the one i like... made me look totally like a butch...thanks to my hairstyle...lol... tried on another jacket.. its nice... look more femine but its Fr50... my frens' ones are like only Fr 20-25... which is about S$30+... compared to singapore we still had a very gd deal...
We also visited the swatch shop there... they had more designs than in singapore lor... nicer ones summore... but i dun think i can buy swatch for my dad... looks too young on him... saw some tisscot watch tt he might like... well i shld continue to look for one...
At the end of the bahnhofstrasse was Zurich lake... was quite foogy ytd... couldn't see much of the oppo end... if it was clear... think we could see the Alps... =(.. but its still nice...
There were lots of swans on the lake... and the water was very clear... but due to bird flu... we din stay too long there...lol
We also visited a church there called... Fraumunster... it has nice windows done by Marc Chagall... hence the name chagall stained windows... its very differnt from the churches i haave visit so far... my german tcher recommended the place...
Apparent its painted on... not one piece by one piece one... its really beautiful...we were lucky to be there...cause the church would be closed for renovation on the 9th of april... heng... got to see it..if not a bit wasted trip to zurich...
we also visit another church nearby... Grossmusster... this one i dunnoe why is it famous though... but seems like it has lots of history... and nice scrupltures outside and inside... this is the back door of it...

Saw this interesting art work while walking along the street... its a statue siting down... apparently some one placed an old newspaper in his hands... looks as if he's readign the paper... quite cute...
It was a nice and peaceful trip... no restrictions wat so ever... we just walk where we wanted and saw the important things... there were no guides so its kind of carefree... like it...
love a carefree tour....
Maybe be going Paris and Nice during easter break.... can't wait to see louvre museum, effiel tower, the arc, norton dame... and nice nice scenary....
