Paris-Part 1

Preparation to go to Paris wasn't as smooth as expected... was expected to get the night train to paris... but since its easter... its filled, me and xuan took the morning train to paris... it was a 5am train... Shiying and Bahvani long pang Mathieu's car (French exchange student who went back to Paris) together with Vali.

The train to Basel was quite smooth flowing... until we took the train from Basel to Paris... the guy at the train station booked first class seats for us... so in order to continue seating we had to pay the difference... not wanting to spend so much money.. we stood the rest of the way in the train's corridor....

Upon reaching Paris, we met Xuan's fren Charly... who treated us to metro tickets... so tt we could take the metro to the places we want. He couldn't accompany us for the whole trip as he has to join his family elsewhere...

The first stop for us was effiel tower.... Met up with the rest of them (Matt+Vali+Shiying+Bahvani) there...
Took a pic with Charly in front of Effiel tower... french guy + Effiel tower... perfect combi... hahaha...

Wanted to go up to Effiel Tower but the queue was very long... so we decided not to waste time queueing...

After tt we walked to the Arc de Tromp... but din took photos.. cause the front pack was walking too fast...

Walked along the famous shopping street Champs-elyees ( dunnoe whether i got the correct spelling)... saw lots to things... din took much cause we were walking too fast...

Reach this place where they hold exhibitions... but the entrance was too expensive so we din go in... since charly had to catch the night train... me and xuan accompanied him to his train station... to send him off... wanted to have dinner before tt, but... the train station was too chaotic.. his tain platform wasn't shown on the screen until quite last minute... so we din have dinner with him... just said bye...

Me and xuan went to have dinner near the train station... had pizza... wat's so special abt the pizza is that it had a raw egg wrapped inside the pizza... so when we cut open the pizza, the egg was oozing out... yummy... tried a good appreitiff... mont vinc (i think, can't rem the exact name)...

Went back to the Effiel Tower to see it at night...
Every hour, the Effiel tower was start to have shiny lights tt lasted abt 15mins... its very nice to see it sparkling at night...

Went back to our hostel after that.... on the way, we took photos of the Metro... the train that got us to everywhere we wanted...
