Trip to Interlaken
Our trip to Interlaken started off quite well, managed to catch the train we wanted to... but on the way to Interlaken... things happen....firstly, when me and xuan checked the train timings and the platform to change our train at, we thought that the train would go straight to bern, and we no need to change at zurich...so we continue our journey all the way to the train's last stop Biel... upon reaching there we realise our mistake...when spencer told us that zurich is a big train station and we need to check the platorm when we are there...so shitty... what makes it worse is that we can't go back to bern and take the train to Interlaken...because there was a train accident on the way from Thun to Interlaken...no trains will be passing through there...and besides we were too late to catch the last bus there...so we had to go to Lausanne...spent the night there...we actually wanted to saty in the hostel we stayed the other time...nice hostel...but they din have vaccancy only one bed was available...so we had to walk 30-45mins in the dark to the youth hostel which was quite far away... but the youth hostel was very nice...defintely worth the money...and i think that i was part of the olympic village....
The next day, had a nice breakfast and set off to the train station... took a bus but we miss our stop...ended up walking 1-2 bus stops to the train station.... but on the way we did some shopping... happy to make up for the misfortune ytd... but what receive us at Interlaken wasn't any better... it started to rain shortly after we reach Interlaken...had to walk in the rain to our hostel... booked a trip for rafting, but it got cancelled as the water level was too high...spend a day rotting in the hostel and walking aimlessly on the streets near our hostel...
Third day, bright and sunny, good weather...wanted to try canyoning instead... but... the morning trip got cancelled due to the heavy rain ytd, the water level was still too high for canyoning... so we decided to do the rafting which was at 4pm... xuan went up to jungfrau, while me and spencer went cycling... but dunnoe whether we suay or what...more misfortune happen...while trying to take a photo...the wind was so strong tt spencer's cam dropped...think the shutter got spoilt...so he can't take pics...only video could be taken... and xuan couldn't go up to jungfrau because there was a technical glitch... but it was ok after a while...but she had to choose between jungfrau and rafting...so she chose rafting... from then on...i think our misfortune kinda ended...
We had great fun during the rafting...super exciting... but the water was freezing...

Must mention that our guide for rafting looks like Brad Pitt....
After 1+ hour, we are back at the base to clean up... went back to the hostel...grab our stuff and run to the train station...to catch the train back to St gallen... took the TGV at one of the transit...
